Our Story
In 1997, Jeanne Berry and Kim Pratt recognized a clear need and created a solution. While working for a large corporation, they observed colleagues struggling to find a single event partner capable of handling the full scope and creative demands of diverse events — from grand openings and elegant dinners to large employee meetings, partner gatherings, and C-suite summits. Seeing the opportunity for a dedicated team of “can-do” professionals, these two entrepreneurial women stepped forward with a simple but powerful declaration: “We can do that.” Thus, RealTime Productions was born.
Together, Jeanne and Kim poured countless hours into building a flexible, high-performing operation. Their portfolio quickly grew to include landmark projects such as producing 15 events over 7 days for the grand opening of the Experience Music Project (EMP) — ranging from intimate media tours to massive celebrations for up to 40,000 guests — along with once-in-a-lifetime cruise ship events, CEO summits, the grand opening of CenturyLink Field, and numerous conferences of varying scale. Their reputation for delivering memorable, flawlessly executed events with a personal touch fueled rapid growth and lasting client relationships.
In 2002, Kim stepped back from daily operations to focus on her family. While she is no longer a day-to-day partner in the business, she remains a valued member of the RealTime Productions family and continues to lead select programs.
Today, RealTime Productions proudly carries forward that same “can-do” spirit. Whether you need support for an intimate gathering of 15 key associates or a large-scale event for 25,000 employees, we have the experience, creativity, and network to bring your vision to life.
